Every year, during the winter season, we select ripe lemons at the right point for the production of lemon juice. These lemons are grown in Puglia, precisely in the area of Palagianello and Castellaneta Marina in the province of Taranto and are the fundamental part of our production. In fact, to preserve a product you do not need to use antioxidants or chemical acidifiers, because lemon juice performs these functions in nature. We chose to use lemon juice and produce it in our laboratory to store each raw material in the most genuine way possible.

Good Peel is born on the slopes of "Pùzz Pàpere", a mysterious place where our grandparents said to go when they wanted to hang out, papirisciare (duck pit, in fact).
For this reason our preserves enjoy tranquility and joy, a place free of stress and chaos, which for jams is a panacea: you know!
Obviously we joke, the company is located in Corato. A small town that serves as a communicating vessel for many territorial realities. In fact not far from us we have Murgia and Adriatico, Castel del Monte and Canne della Battaglia, Puli carsici and Bauxite quarries but we will not go into this list, rather we invite you to visit this territory and, why not, to visit us.
