Puntarelle are the inner shoots of catalogna chicory, known in Puglia as cicoria a bacchetta. Crisp and gently bitter, they are one of the most versatile and characteristic vegetables of the Puglian tradition.

Our puntarelle are preserved whole in extra virgin olive oil, with no preservatives. Perfect as an antipasto, paired with aged cheeses, grilled meats, or simply on toasted bread with a drizzle of oil.
